GeoStick(이하 “본 앱”)은 Android 개발자와 QA 담당자가 위치 기반 기능을 테스트할 수 있도록 단말의 모의 위치(mock location)를 설정하는 도구입니다. 본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 어떠한 데이터도 외부 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
없습니다. 본 앱은 계정을 만들지 않고, 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 광고 SDK·분석 도구·크래시 리포팅 도구를 일절 포함하지 않습니다. 개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 정보에도 접근할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 위치 권한(ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)을 사용합니다.
용도는 다음 두 가지로 한정됩니다.
또한 Android 시스템이 위치를 주입하는 앱으로 본 앱을 인정하려면, 이용자가 직접 설정 > 개발자 옵션 > 모의 위치 앱 선택에서 본 앱을 지정해야 합니다. 이 절차 없이는 본 앱의 핵심 기능이 동작하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 이용자의 좌표, 경로, 설정을 영구 저장하지 않습니다. 입력한 값은 앱이 실행되는 동안에만 메모리에 존재하며 앱을 종료하면 사라집니다.
예외적으로 지도 타일 이미지가 단말의 캐시 영역(cacheDir)에 임시로 저장됩니다.
이는 지도를 다시 그릴 때 통신을 줄이기 위한 이미지 캐시일 뿐이며 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다.
앱 삭제 또는 캐시 삭제로 즉시 제거됩니다.
본 앱은 개발자가 운영하는 서버를 두고 있지 않으며, 이용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
다만 지도 화면을 표시할 때 OpenStreetMap 타일 서버에 지도 이미지 요청이 발생합니다. 이 요청에는 화면에 보이는 지도 영역의 타일 좌표와 앱 식별용 User-Agent가 포함되며, 통신 특성상 이용자의 IP 주소가 해당 서버에 전달됩니다. 이는 지도를 표시하기 위한 기술적 요청이고, 본 앱이 주입 중인 모의 좌표나 단말의 실제 위치가 전송되는 것은 아닙니다. OpenStreetMap Foundation의 처리 방침은 osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy를 참고하십시오.
본 앱은 개발·테스트 목적의 도구로 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 데이터가 존재하지 않습니다. 단말에 남는 지도 타일 캐시는 설정 > 애플리케이션 > GeoStick > 저장공간 > 캐시 삭제로 직접 제거할 수 있습니다.

GeoStick (“the app”) is a tool that lets Android developers and QA engineers set a mock location on their device in order to test location-based features. The app collects no personal information and transmits no data to any server.
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and contains no advertising SDKs, analytics libraries, or crash-reporting tools. The developer has no access to any information that could identify a user.
The app requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
for exactly two purposes:
For Android to accept the app as a location provider, the user must explicitly select it under Settings > Developer options > Select mock location app. Without this step the app's core function does not work.
The app does not persist coordinates, routes, or settings. Values entered exist in memory only while the app is running.
Map tile images are cached in the device's cacheDir to reduce repeat downloads.
This cache contains no personal information and is removed when the app or its cache is cleared.
The developer operates no server, and no user data is shared with or sold to third parties.
Displaying the map does issue tile requests to the OpenStreetMap tile servers. Such a request contains the tile coordinates of the visible map area and an identifying User-Agent, and — as with any network request — the user's IP address is visible to that server. This is a technical request required to render the map; the mocked coordinates and the device's real location are not transmitted. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.
The app is a developer and testing tool. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Because no personal data is collected, there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete. The local map tile cache can be cleared at any time via Settings > Apps > GeoStick > Storage > Clear cache.
Any change will be posted on this page together with its effective date.
